Redeeming (Cashing in) a Gift Certificate

There are three ways to cash in your Gift Certificate:

On our website

Cash In your Certificate in exchange for an item on our website at www.madelena.com

1. Select the items you wish to order, using your Shopping Basket.
2. When you have finished shopping, go to your shopping basket and either click 'Buy Now....', or 'Enquire....'.
3. If you clicked 'Buy Now...' when you get to the payment options choose 'Gift certificate'. You will then need to enter your Gift Certificate Promotional Code (from your Gift Certificate). Your order will be sent to us and we will get back to you to advise you what to do next, how to settle an outstanding balance, or to explain what happens if there is money remaining on your Gift Certificate.
4. If you clicked on 'Enquire....', enter your Gift Certificate Promotional Code into the box provided, along with your enquiry message.

At a show

Bring your Madelena Gift Certificate to our booth where you may exchange it for merchandise. For emailed Gift Certificates, if you have access to a printer, print out the Gift Certificate email and bring it along to our booth. If you do not have access to a printer, carefully write down your Gift Certificate Promotional Code (from your Gift Certificate) and bring it along to our booth. We will be able to look up your Gift Certificate details with this information.

Following a 'madelena' eBay auction

If you buy an item resulting from a 'madelena' eBay auction, email us your Gift Certificate Promotional Code saying you wish to use your Certificate as payment in full or in part. We will get back to you to advise you what to do next, how to settle an outstanding balance, or to explain what happens if there is money remaining on your Gift Certificate.
